Terms of use

TenderCue is decision-support software. It does not provide legal, financial or procurement advice and does not guarantee eligibility, compliance or contract success.

Service operator

TenderCue Australia is a registered Australian business name used by an Australian sole trader, ABN 74 506 855 373. Customer support: support@tendercue.com.au.

Use of results

Automated extraction can miss, shorten or misinterpret information. You must verify every deadline, requirement, attachment and submission instruction against the complete tender pack and the official procurement portal.

No automatic submission

TenderCue does not lodge bids or represent that a response has been submitted. Only an authorised person should approve and submit a tender.

Authorised documents

You may only analyse documents that you are legally permitted to access and use. You must respect confidentiality, copyright and portal terms.

Free setup review

The free setup review is a limited product-orientation service, not procurement, legal or bid-writing advice. A submitted request does not guarantee a response time, ongoing consulting, tender eligibility or contract success. Provide only your business focus and the types of work you want to find. Do not submit confidential tender documents, credentials, payment information or information you are not authorised to share.

Availability

TenderCue is a publicly accessible subscription service. Features, supported formats and availability may change as the service improves. Account records remain available only to the verified signed-in user.

Current access and subscriptions

Free access remains available without a card. One 14-day free trial is available per TenderCue account, on that account's first paid-plan subscription through Stripe-hosted checkout. A payment method is required, but the subscription price is not charged during the trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected monthly subscription starts automatically on day 15 and renews monthly until canceled. An account that has held a paid-plan subscription may re-subscribe, but billing starts immediately after the customer confirms the purchase in Stripe.

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel online at any time through the Stripe billing portal. There is no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and paid access continues until then.

Refunds and other remedies are available where required by the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, cancelling stops future renewals; fees already paid for a current billing period are not refunded for change of mind, and paid access continues until that period ends.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service has a major failure, an eligible consumer may cancel the service contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion, or compensation for its reduced value, and may also be entitled to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a failure is not major, TenderCue will be given a reasonable opportunity to fix it. If it is not fixed within a reasonable time, the consumer may have further remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.

Opportunity information

Live listings and imported alerts must be checked on the issuing government portal. TenderCue does not guarantee that a source feed or email alert is complete, current or available.

TenderCue account

Saved opportunity metadata, matching rules, a saved business profile, analysis results, response plans, Evidence Vault records and Bid Studio work you explicitly choose to save are linked to the identity established by your verified email sign-in and are available across devices using that same sign-in. When saved output carries validated official source context, TenderCue may organise records into one tender case using that public URL; when a matching Workspace opportunity exists, its internal identifier is linked too. Removing the opportunity detaches, rather than deletes, separately saved analyses and plans. TenderCue never receives or stores your email-account password. Uploaded file bytes and filenames, tender text you do not explicitly save as evidence, unsaved analyses and unsaved response plans remain in the current browser session. Do not use TenderCue as the only record of a tender, and do not store confidential material, secrets or unnecessary personal information in saved fields.

Saved response plans are point-in-time checklists, not proof of compliance. They do not update automatically when an issuing authority changes a tender. Verify every checklist item, amendment, deadline and submission requirement on the official portal before relying on a plan.

Bid decisions and decision notes are user-supplied planning records. They are not an eligibility determination, approval to bid or professional advice. Keep confidential and personal information out of saved notes.

Bid/no-bid scorecard ratings and guidance are user-supplied planning aids. A high score does not establish eligibility, prove mandatory compliance or predict award. Confirm every essential condition and supporting document independently before deciding or submitting.

Business profile statements

Business profile details are supplied by you and are not verified by TenderCue. A profile match is not proof of eligibility, insurance coverage or compliance. You must check that evidence is current and confirm limits, expiry dates and every tender-specific condition against the complete source documents.

Evidence Vault records

The Evidence Vault stores structured, non-sensitive text you explicitly review and confirm, not original document files. Local document reading is provided only to place extracted text into the form in your browser; TenderCue does not receive the selected file bytes or filename. You are responsible for having authority to retain and reuse every saved record, removing personal identifiers, credentials, policy numbers and commercially sensitive specifics, keeping the remaining excerpt accurate and current, checking any expiry or review date, and verifying it against the original source before including it in a response. The “approved for AI” setting is a permission marker for possible future functionality and does not mean this release has verified, analysed or sent the record to an AI service. TenderCue does not warrant that an evidence record proves compliance, certification, experience, insurance or eligibility.

Bid Studio work

Bid Studio creates a working compliance matrix from a saved point-in-time analysis. Detected criteria may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be checked against the current complete tender pack, amendments and official portal. Guided drafting provides a fixed structure rather than external AI-generated content. Draft review applies rule-based checks to saved text and current evidence links; its scores are not official evaluation scores, professional advice, verification of a claim, a buyer decision or a prediction of award. You remain responsible for permissions, accuracy, pricing, legal commitments, conflicts, mandatory compliance, final approval and submission. Updating, deleting or allowing linked evidence to expire can return affected work to review.

Earlier browser-saved data

TenderCue may offer to import records created by an earlier browser-bound test release. Because a browser can be shared, no records are moved into an account without explicit confirmation from the signed-in user.

Opportunity matching

Matching rules check bounded opportunities from the supported official AusTender feed when the Alert Centre opens and, after alert automation is configured, during scheduled matching. A secret-protected importer can also accept bounded exports containing validated links from recognised state and territory procurement portals. If a source cannot be refreshed, TenderCue may use its most recently cached official feed records and will identify cached or stale results. A keyword match is not an assessment of eligibility, suitability, completeness or likely contract success. State, territory, invited and non-public opportunities may not be included.

Email delivery

Email digests require your explicit opt-in and can be stopped from the Alert Centre or the signed unsubscribe link in every message. Verified permanent bounces, spam complaints and provider suppression events turn delivery off automatically. TenderCue does not guarantee inbox placement or immediate delivery, and an email alert never replaces checking the issuing portal.

Saved analysis snapshots

An Analysis Library result is saved only after your explicit confirmation. It is a point-in-time automated snapshot and may contain short phrases extracted from the source. It is not refreshed when a tender is amended or an addendum is issued. You must verify the saved result, deadlines and requirements against the current complete tender pack and official portal before relying on it.

Linked tender cases

A linked case is an organisational view of your own saved records that share a validated official procurement source. It does not prove that records are current, complete or eligible, and it does not monitor amendments. Always open the issuing portal and verify the live opportunity before relying on a saved deadline, analysis or response plan.
