How billing is controlled
- One 14-day free trial is available per TenderCue account, on its first paid-plan subscription. A payment method is required, but the subscription price is not charged during the trial.
- Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected monthly subscription starts automatically on day 15 and renews monthly until canceled.
- Re-subscribing after a prior subscription starts paid access immediately. TenderCue asks for explicit confirmation before opening Stripe checkout.
- Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel online at any time through the Stripe billing portal. There is no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and paid access continues until then.
- Refunds and other remedies are available where required by the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, cancelling stops future renewals; fees already paid for a current billing period are not refunded for change of mind, and paid access continues until that period ends.
- Checkout and card collection are hosted by Stripe; billing is managed from your account.
