What the current response workflow connects
1 · Official sourceRetain the attributable starting point
Save the validated procurement URL and return to the issuing portal for the live opportunity, attachments and amendments.
2 · RequirementsStructure the first review
Use a saved analysis to organise detected deadlines, apparent mandatory conditions, response items and manual cautions.
3 · EvidenceLink only reviewed source material
Store concise, authorised evidence text with its source and review context, then link it to the relevant response work.
4 · Draft controlPrepare for human verification
Use a fixed guided response structure and visible rule-based checks without presenting generated claims as verified fact.
A practical path from opportunity to review
- Confirm the live opportunity. Verify the issuing buyer, closing time, amendments and submission instructions on the official portal.
- Run a readiness check. Review detected conditions and tasks against the complete tender pack rather than treating extraction as definitive.
- Record the bid decision. Save your own bid/no-bid judgement and the reasons for committing the response effort.
- Build the compliance matrix. Give each requirement an owner, response state, evidence link and review note.
- Prepare the controlled draft. Structure the response, link approved evidence and resolve transparent quality warnings.
- Complete authorised review. Verify every claim and attachment before returning to the official portal to lodge the response.
Current product boundaries
- TenderCue does not prove supplier eligibility, compliance, scoring or likely contract success.
- Bid Studio is not connected to an external AI service in the current release.
- Uploaded tender files and filenames are not retained by TenderCue.
- TenderCue does not monitor every Australian portal automatically and does not submit a response.
- Every extracted requirement and saved deadline must be checked against the current complete tender pack.
